Project Name: Embark Training Program, Royal Caribbean International


Goal: To provide efficient, easy to understand training for a wide variety of roles onboard Royal's fleet.


Description: Royal Caribbean approached us with this multi-year project in 2017. Since then, we have spent several weeks each year filming aboard the high seas. The early modules of this training have already been implemented in several roles to overwhelming success, including award recognition. Reports indicate a 90% increase in crew confidence and preparation. Additionally, we’ve worked closely with Royal on a number of environmental and safety projects, including the Save the Waves and Safe Sail programs. Filming a wide variety of content has increased team member proficiency, tightened safety protocols, and advanced Royal Caribbean’s environmental efficacy.
